The BLS course is structured to provide candidates with the ability to get hands-on with our equipment and use our online resources to provide a unique learning environment. The candidate will experience challenges throughout the course to test the candidate's knowledge and encourage confidence in their skills.

The basic BLS course format includes:

Introduction to BLS

Recognising a cardiorespiratory arrest

Administering CPR

Summoning help and situation management

The Recovery Position

Use of a defibrillator
